Established in 1999, we specialize in developing, manufacturing and selling industrial and electronic adhesives & sealants, widely used for many different fields, such as solar energy, wind energy, automobile, electronics, agricultural and engineering machineries, railway vehicles, electric power, metallurgy, nonferrous metals, oil field etc.

In 2001, ISO 9001:2000 certification passed.
In 2005, new plant set up, covering 30,000 m2, located in Yantai Economic & Technological Developing Zone. We also gained "High-Tech Enterprise Certificate" by the Office of Science and Technology of Shandong Province.
In Mar., 2006, we were awarded ISO/TS 16949:2002 Certificate approved by BVQI.
In Jul., 2009, Darbond Technology Co. and Darbond Electronic Co. are both awarded ISO/TS 16949:2002 certification by IATF and German TUV headquarter.
In 2009, we started to undertake National 863 Key Programm.
In 2010, Yantai Darbond "Technology Research Center" was officially established.
In 2011, Yantai Darbond Technology Co., Ltd. "Academician Work Station" was formally inaugurated and established.
